Personal Training

Being healthy is about incorporating a balanced lifestyle and with a bit of motivation and determination, striving for goals that will empower and challenge the mind and body and essentially make us happier people. Sometimes we need a bit of extra support and that's where personal training comes in. Its personal!  It is unique to every single individual and body whatever your goals may be. Taking a little time to take care of yourself and invest in your health is one of the most important things you can do for you.

One to one

One-to-one personal training sessions allow you to train around your schedule, focus on yourself and what you want to achieve. Together we will take a look at your current fitness levels, your diet and lifestyle, and design a unique programme for you to embark on with my guidance. Depending on your goals, sessions will incorporate a wide variety of types of training such as cardiovascular training, strength, endurance, core stability and flexibility.  


Group training (2-6 people)

Group training can be a great way to exercise, you have the added motivation and support of your partner, friends, family or colleagues and it makes it cheaper. All abilities and fitness levels are all welcome in your group.
